Para ulamak (4mazhab) telah bersepakat bahawa wanita yang haidh tidak boleh duduk atau diam dalam masjid.samalah dengan berdiri mundar mandir dalam masjid tersebut tetapi dibolehkan jika sekadar lalu untuk menuju sesuatu tempat.

sabda Rasulullah s.a.w "sesungguhnya aku tidak akan menghalalkan masjid bagi wanita yang haidh dan orang yang berjunub" (Riwayat Abu Daud)

umumnya MASJID adalah tempat untuk mendirikan solat jemaah bagi orang umum.
maknanya ruang selain ruang solat dan bahagian lain dalam kompleks masjid ter
sebut boleh didiami oleh wanita haidh..
